Real Estate is a passion our founder discovered as a child in Beaumont, where she was enamored by the larger than life homes as she traveled through the West End of town. Over 30 yrs later she has fueled this passion into a business of both educating and empowerment.

Shawn Eaglin, founder of Mogul On The Move, is a savvy, business woman with a fervent passion for Empowering Women. With over a decade career in Operations, she took a leap of faith by investing in her Entrepreneurial Spirit, and purchased her 1st business franchise at the age of 32. It was this defining moment that would catapult her into the Real Estate industry, in which she would discover both the need and utmost importance of Women supporting Women in business.
With navigating the Company's most recent venture, M.O.M. Medicinal, she cultivated the term she has coined, 'Legacy Management.' A proud graduate of the University of Houston, she embraces the diverse range of thoughts and ideas, as it pertains to Business Models. As a Business Advisor for the Non-Profit, Cherrie On Top, Shawn is able to serve disadvantage youth in the Houston Metropolitan area.
